Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced Medicare Recertification and State Licensure survey conducted 10/04/2022 through 10/07/2022, VNA Hospice Services of Erie County was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care – Emergency Preparedness.
